He was awarded with the Dive Industry Australia Scuba Excellence Award for contributions to Dive Safety, Royal Life Saving Society Service Cross, NAUI Australia Service to Diving Public Award.

Founder of PSA (Professional Scuba Association). He is a Guinness Book Record holder of World Deepest Air Diver. In 1970, Hal wrote and copyrighted the first manual for Extended Range Deep Diving for instructors and conducted specialty classes for those interested. One of the projects that Hal wanted was a film, so he commissioned Ned DeLoach of New World Publications to produce a 16mm color film "Deep Diving" on location at Wakulla Springs, Florida.

Gary has written many manuals for three different certification agencies: NASDS, IANTD & PSAI. Since the 1970's Gary was involved in much deep and cave exploration. Gary pioneered the use of Nitrox at Altitude and developed the Theoretical Ocean Air Depth (TOAD) methodology for the use of EANx at altitude, as well as co-developed the "SRF" (SAC Ratio Factor) method of Gas Matching. Gary has trained thousands of Sport & Technical divers, instructors and instructor trainers from all corners of the globe.

Klaas is a KLM (Royal Dutch Airline) Captain on the
Boeing 747-400 and an active skydiving instructor examiner. Klaas was also a dive shop owner and an active dive expedition leader. He led the O20 and K16 Dutch Submarines Dive Expedition.

Jack specializes in deep diving, he became interested in mixed gas diving in 1990 and to date has written Technical diving courses on nitrox, full face mask, extended range diving and trimix diving. He has led many expeditions to the South China Seas, Norway, France and the USA including exploring the Andrea Doria and Wilkes Barn Wrecks.

Currently a consultant on recreational and technical dive-related services and providing consultation to travel agents, tourism boards, dive operators, live aboard operators and resorts. He has been a dive instructor for 20 years and actively involved in the ongoing technology of technical and rebreather diving. He is responsible for the breakthrough of technical diving in the South East Asian region, being the first to set up a technical dive centre in 1994.

Mr Foo had been a practising lawyer for the last 13 years. He practices professionally in the field of civil litigation and corporate and commercial law. He is now a partner of M/s K.S. Chia Gurdeep & Param. Mr Foo holds a LLB Honours from University of Buckingham and he went on to pursue LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law at Queen Mary College, University of London. He was called to English Bar as a Barrister-at-law, Inner Temple in 1991, and later on was called to the Singapore Bar in 1992.

Upon graduation in 1984, he was assigned to HNU Campus Sport Department as lecturer for Physical Education. He became Deputy Head for Sport Faculty in 2000, gaining strong recognition for his accomplishments in areas of sport education and management. He was promoted to Head of HNU Sport Faculty in 2006. Currently, he works closely with FEIDA Group in collaborated academic programs to develop China dive management talents and to provide new career prospects for the students.

He was awarded a university scholarship from the Singapore Navy at age of 18 and gained 8 years of marine related experience. After which, he engaged in education for 10 years, covering South East Asia, USA, Taiwan and Vietnam market. He has lectured in the National Institute of Education, appointed as VP in a listed company, created and managed 350,000 students in Vietnam via the conduct of English and MBA courses. He is presently an education consultant and dive assistant instructor, lecturing in HNU on scuba and foreign language subjects.

An underwater specialist, diving instructor trainer and lifesaving instructor. He has been an active dive instructor for 16 years and operated his dive center in 1991. He has trained many researcher and biologist in the Malaysian Fisheries and Forestry Department. He is the Underwater Rescue Trainer for the popular Malaysian Rescue 991 Civil Defense Force. As a pioneer trainer in diving for the Chinese community in Hainan Island, I will strive to build with my team in FEIDA the best dive education program that can lead our graduates to a new and exciting career.
